PACKAGE INCLUDES

1 x stop light switch with 2-pin connector and locking nut (M10 x 1.25 thread / 14mm). No wiring harness required.

ABOUT THIS SWITCH

The switch is threaded into the pedal bracket and closes the brake light circuit when the pedal is pressed. On the Terracan and Tucson it also feeds the brake signal used by the automatic shift lock.

On the Terracan 4WD and Tucson the footwell sees dust and moisture from off-road and wet-weather driving, which speeds up corrosion inside the switch.
