We are thrilled to have received your recent purchase and we hope it meets all of your expectations. However, we understand that sometimes things don't go as planned and you may need to return an item. With that in mind, we want to provide you with information on our return policy.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for a refund or store credit, as long as it meets our return criteria. Please note that all returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date and the item must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. We do not accept returns on electrical/electronic parts unless they are faulty.
If you have received a faulty item, please contact us immediately using the returns form provided on our website. We will require detailed information, including photos, to process your warranty claim. If you have received an item that is incorrect or has arrived damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide us with a photo.
In the event that you have ordered an incorrect part, had a change of heart, or the part doesn't fit, we require that you return the item unused and in the original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please note that change of mind returns will incur a 15% to 20% restocking fee to cover the original postage and restocking administration.
To initiate a return, please fill out the Return Form on our website or email our customer service at [email protected] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Once you have received your RMA number, securely package your item with your proof of purchase and mail it to us at the following address:

Please note that you will be responsible for all return shipping charges and we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will process your return and refund or provide store credit if applicable. Please allow up to five (5) business days for us to process your return and 1-2 billing cycles for your refund to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.
