Shipping & Dispatch
Do you ship to all Australian states and territories?
Yes, we ship Australia-wide, including all states and territories. Delivery times vary by location - typically 1-3 business days for metro areas and 3-7 business days for regional areas.
How fast do you dispatch orders?
We dispatch most orders same business day if placed before 1pm AEST Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 1pm or on weekends are dispatched the next business day. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.
How long does delivery take?
Returns & Warranty
My part doesn't fit - what do I do?
First, double-check the fitment using our Vehicle Part Finder with your exact Year, Make, Model and engine size. If the part still doesn't fit after confirming fitment, contact us with your order number and a photo of the part - we will sort it out promptly.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for unused parts in original condition. If you ordered the wrong part, contact us first and we will help identify the correct one. Return shipping is at the buyer's expense unless the part is faulty or we made an error.
Payments & Orders
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Afterpay, and direct bank transfer. All payments are processed securely. Credit and debit card payments are processed via a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway.
Is it safe to pay on your website?
Yes. SensorGal uses SSL encryption and a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. Your card details are never stored on our servers. Look for the padlock icon in your browser address bar when checking out.
Can I pay with Afterpay?
Yes, Afterpay is available at checkout for orders that meet the minimum order value. Select Afterpay at the payment step and follow the prompts to complete your purchase in four interest-free instalments.
I placed an order but did not receive a confirmation email - what should I do?
Check your spam or junk folder first. If it is not there, contact us with your name and the email address used at checkout and we will resend your confirmation. Orders are not processed until payment is confirmed.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel your order. If your order has not yet been dispatched we can usually make changes. Once dispatched, the standard return process applies.

How do I use the Vehicle Part Finder?
Select your vehicle Year, Make, Model and engine size from the dropdown menus on the Part Finder page. The results will show only parts confirmed to fit your specific vehicle. If your vehicle is not listed, contact us and we will check compatibility manually.
My vehicle is not listed in the Part Finder - what should I do?
If your vehicle does not appear in the dropdown, contact us with your Year, Make, Model, engine size and VIN if available. Our team will check our supplier catalogues and confirm whether a compatible part is available.
The Part Finder shows a result but I am not sure it is the right part - can you confirm?
Yes. Contact us with your vehicle details and the part number shown. Our team will cross-reference against TecDoc catalogues to confirm fitment before you order. Correct fitment is our top priority.
Can I search by OEM part number?
Yes. You can search by OEM part number or aftermarket part number in the search bar. If your OEM number returns no results, contact us and we will look it up across our supplier catalogues.
