On the C-Class OM651 four-cylinder CDI engine (C200/C220/C250), a failing MAP sensor commonly triggers rough idle, hesitation on take-off and a check engine light with fault codes P0106-P0109. On the OM642 V6 diesel (C300/C320/C350 CDI) the sensor sits on the intake manifold near the EGR housing and a worn seal is a frequent cause of vacuum leaks that mimic sensor failure. Confirm the connector shape and pin count against your original part before ordering, as W203 and W204/W205 use different mounting positions.
