PACKAGE INCLUDES:

1 X OEM Quality FUEL RAIL SUCTION CONTROL VALVE. (2-PIN PLUG)

The Suction Control Valve (SCV) is vital in regulating fuel flow and pressure delivered to the injectors, ensuring optimal combustion. Our SCVs enhance engine performance, improve fuel efficiency, and reduce harmful emissions by maintaining the correct fuel pressure.

COMMON QUESTIONS

1. Why is my Transit hunting or surging at idle?
A worn or sticking suction control valve cannot respond accurately to the engine control unit parameters, causing severe fuel rail pressure variations. Our high-spec replacement settles fuel supply variables down to clear warning codes.

2. Is this easy to install?
The part is a direct bolt-on swap to the pump block. However, due to the close tolerances of common rail commercial diesel injection lines, professional workshop installation is strongly recommended to correctly clear out historical fault data.

3. How fast is shipping?
We ship daily directly from Cranbourne, VIC. Orders before 12 NOON typically leave the warehouse the exact same day so you can limit expensive commercial downtime.

What are the symptoms of a failing fuel pressure sensor?

Symptoms include hard starting, stalling, poor fuel economy, hesitation under load, and fault codes P0190-P0194. Some vehicles will enter limp mode if fuel rail pressure cannot be confirmed by the ECU.

What is the difference between a fuel pressure sensor and a fuel pressure regulator?

A fuel pressure sensor monitors and reports fuel rail pressure to the ECU. A fuel pressure regulator controls and maintains fuel pressure at the correct level. They work together - a faulty sensor gives incorrect readings while a faulty regulator causes actual pressure problems.

What causes fuel injectors to fail?

Common causes include contaminated fuel, carbon buildup on the injector tip, worn internal seals, and general wear over high mileage. Symptoms of a failing injector include rough idle, misfires on one cylinder, fuel smell, and poor fuel economy.
