IMPORTANT FITMENT CHECK

Commercial truck rails and excavator setups can vary widely by chassis year. Please physically check that your old sensor uses a 3-pin connector. Confirm your exact Isuzu 4HK1 6HK1 or Hino J07E engine code before checking out to avoid job site delays.

When your commercial truck or excavator is off the road your business is losing money. Sourced directly from global OEM manufacturers our heavy-duty replacement sensors are built to handle extreme commercial workloads and massive vibration. Ensure your fleet stays operational. COMMON QUESTIONS

1. Will this fix my truck or excavator dropping RPMs under load?
Yes continuous heavy loads degrade internal sensor components over time causing inaccurate rail pressure readings engine warning lights and power loss. This industrial-grade unit resolves the fault.

2. Is this easy to install?
Due to the extreme fuel pressures present in heavy machinery common rails this part must be installed by a qualified heavy diesel mechanic. A diagnostic scan tool is often required to clear historical fault codes after the repair.

3. How fast is shipping?
We ship daily from Cranbourne VIC. Orders before 2pm typically leave the same day.

What are the symptoms of a failing fuel pressure sensor?

Symptoms include hard starting, stalling, poor fuel economy, hesitation under load, and fault codes P0190-P0194. Some vehicles will enter limp mode if fuel rail pressure cannot be confirmed by the ECU.

What is the difference between a fuel pressure sensor and a fuel pressure regulator?

A fuel pressure sensor monitors and reports fuel rail pressure to the ECU. A fuel pressure regulator controls and maintains fuel pressure at the correct level. They work together - a faulty sensor gives incorrect readings while a faulty regulator causes actual pressure problems.

What causes fuel injectors to fail?

Common causes include contaminated fuel, carbon buildup on the injector tip, worn internal seals, and general wear over high mileage. Symptoms of a failing injector include rough idle, misfires on one cylinder, fuel smell, and poor fuel economy.
