Shipping Within Australia (Domestic Orders)


Great news for our Australian customers! We offer FREE standard shipping on the vast majority of our fixed-price items, delivering right across Australia to all areas.

  • Fast Order Processing: We know you're excited to receive your items! That's why we typically prepare and process your order within 1-2 business days before it's dispatched.
  • Same-Day Dispatch (When Possible!): If your purchase is made and payment is received by 9:00 AM AEST (Melbourne time), we'll do our absolute best to dispatch your item on the very same business day.
  • Estimated Delivery Time: Once your order leaves our warehouse, you can generally expect it to arrive within 1-10 business days.
    • Heads Up on Delays: While we work hard to be prompt, please understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances, like severe weather events, government restrictions, or major flight disruptions (rare but possible!), can cause delays beyond our control. If you're concerned about your delivery time, please don't hesitate to reach out to us – we're here to help!
  • Need It Sooner? Express Shipping Available! If you're in a hurry, you have the option to upgrade to express shipping during the checkout process on eBay.
  • Tracking Your Delivery: We ship via trusted carriers like Australia Post or Sendle Couriers. Once your order is processed, you'll receive a unique tracking number directly through your eBay sale. You can easily follow your parcel's journey online using their respective tracking websites.
  • Receiving Your Parcel:
    • If no one is available to sign for your delivery, the item might be left in a safe, discreet location.
    • Alternatively, the courier may leave a card in your mailbox with instructions on how to collect your parcel from your local Post Office or depot.
  • Important Delivery Days: Please remember that our shipping operations, dispatches, and deliveries happen on weekdays only (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM AEST). We do not dispatch or deliver on weekends or public holidays.

International Shipping (Worldwide Orders)


Yes, we proudly ship our products to customers all over the world!

  • Transparent Shipping Costs: International shipping costs are calculated automatically based on your delivery address during the checkout process. This ensures you see the exact cost before you complete your purchase.
  • Estimated International Delivery Time: Orders shipped outside of Australia may take up to 4 weeks or more to arrive.
    • Things to Keep in Mind: International shipping can sometimes experience delays due to factors outside our control, such as customs processing times in your country, government restrictions, or global logistics challenges. We appreciate your patience!
  • Customs, Duties, & Taxes - Your Responsibility: For international orders, you (the buyer) are responsible for any applicable import fees, customs duties, or taxes that your country's customs office may charge upon delivery. SensorGal is not liable for these charges. To avoid any surprises, we strongly recommend checking with your local customs office about potential fees before placing your order.

Essential Shipping Information for All Orders


Our Business Days: Just a friendly reminder: Saturday and Sunday are NOT business days for SensorGal's shipping and processing.

Accurate Delivery Details Are Key: To ensure your order reaches you without a hitch, please double-check that you provide the correct and complete delivery address and contact details (including a valid phone number) on the checkout page before payment. This is especially important for bulky items or orders sent via specific couriers who may need to contact you.

What If the Address Is Incorrect? We understand mistakes happen, but SensorGal cannot be held liable for delays, losses, or damage to items due to an incorrect delivery address provided by the buyer, or any changes requested after checkout that we couldn't implement in time. This also includes cases where a contact phone number isn't answered by the customer if required by the courier.

Re-Delivery Fees: If an item is undeliverable or returned to the SensorGal warehouse because of an incorrect address or unsuccessful delivery attempts, a re-delivery fee will be charged to cover the additional shipping costs. We want your item to get to you, so please ensure your details are correct!
